Noida Authority

Noida Authority, whose full name is New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), is a government body that came into existence under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. This body is entrusted with the task of planning, managing, developing, and administering Noida, an Indian city located in Uttar Pradesh. Noida Authority has been instrumental in shaping Noida into a key urban and industrial center in India.

This body takes care of numerous tasks in terms of city services, which include but not limited to, land allocation, management of residential and commercial properties, building permissions, road infrastructure, drainage management, water provision, sanitation facilities, park maintenance, urban amenities, industrial development.

The Noida Authority provides citizen services through online and offline means, benefiting citizens, businessmen, builders, investors, and industries.
