2. Scope of Directory Services & Free Business Listings

GoBizMart Directory operates an international online business directory and lead-generation portal designed to index verified commercial entities across multiple industries and geographic territories.

• Free Directory Model: Standard listing creation, public discovery, display of contact telephone numbers, official websites, and direct WhatsApp routing are offered as free services.
• No Commercial Intermediation: GoBizMart Directory is not an employer, broker, contracting agent, or guarantor of any business listed within the directory. All commercial contracts, transactions, warranties, and payments negotiated between directory users and listed enterprises occur solely between those independent parties.
• Platform Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, directory category, or functionality with or without prior notice.

3. User Account Security & Registration Obligations

To create, edit, or manage business profiles, you may be required to register for an authorized user account. In doing so, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, accurate, and complete registration credentials.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of your authentication password and account sessions.
• Promptly notify our administration at contact@gobizmart.com of any unauthorized access, security compromise, or breach of your credentials.
• Accept sole legal responsibility for all activities that occur under your authenticated user account.

4. Listing Submission Rules & Content Warranties

Business operators and authorized representatives submitting commercial listings warrant and represent that:

• You are legally authorized by the corporate entity to create and manage its official public directory profile.
• All provided addresses, telephone numbers, emails, licensing credentials, and services are truthful and verifiable.
• Uploaded media files (including logos, promotional banners, and gallery photographs) are either owned by you or used under express licensing permissions, and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• You will not submit duplicate, deceptive, or placeholder listings intended to manipulate search algorithms or directory rankings.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Platform Integrity

When utilizing GoBizMart Directory, you explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Submitting fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or threatening content.
• Deploying automated scraping software, bots, harvesters, or spidering mechanisms without our explicit prior written authorization (excepting standard public search engine crawlers adhering to our robots.txt specifications).
• Attempting to bypass security firewalls, exploit database vulnerabilities, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our hosting infrastructure.
• Harvesting telephone numbers or email addresses of listed businesses for unsolicited mass marketing (spamming).
• Submitting false or malicious reviews targeting commercial competitors.

6. User Reviews, Ratings & Moderation Policy

Our platform features public reviews and ratings to foster consumer transparency. By submitting a review, you grant GoBizMart Directory an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, and distribute that review.

We maintain an active moderation workflow and reserve the absolute right to remove, edit, or reject reviews that contain hate speech, profanity, unverified defamatory claims, commercial advertisements, or that violate our review integrity standards.

7. DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy

GoBizMart Directory respects the intellectual property rights of creators and adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe in good faith that any content, logo, or image hosted on our directory infringes upon your copyright, please dispatch a formal written takedown notice containing:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL or listing identifier where the infringing material is located on our platform.
4. Your contact information including full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL DIRECTORY LISTINGS, CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND SERVICES, IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GoBizMart Directory DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GoBizMart Directory, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, OR FOR ANY DISPUTES ARISING BETWEEN USERS AND LISTED BUSINESSES.

10. Governing Law & Contact Inquiries

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws applicable to commercial digital registries, without regard to conflict of law principles.
